An apology to those people who visit our web site and have been surprised that we have not written anything for quite some time.
There are two main reasons for our silence: one is concentration and the other shock. We have been writing a book on evolution and the Bible and we sat almost full time at our computers. The farm did not concern us. There were a few businesses and families on the farm and I trusted that everything 'was looking after itself.' We were dedicated and consumed with our work to such an extent that we did not realize that the economic crisis had reached us also. God and Jesus know what it feels like to be betrayed: we also experienced it. We are going to relate how it impacted our lives, how God is turning it around for good, and how we survived without suicide, divorce or nervous breakdown.
We also want to discuss what we learnt in our study of the Bible and evolution: God's brilliant plan for man, and how the devil uses evolution to seduce people to believe an unscientific hypothesis. Many Christians do not know how to discern the truth about this issue. They need an easy to read book telling them why evolution continues strong even though it is built on philosophy and not science.
Furthermore, the world is moving closer to a climactic event, and it looks as if Islam will play a decisive role in it. The hatred against Israel is not abating and Christians need to understand the basic issues. There are many evolutionists, atheists, humanists and Muslims on Youtube, the Web and in the general media who are united in their condemnation of the Bible and its followers. Christians should be clear about the differences between the Bible and the Qur'an.
We are thus going to concentrate on some vital aspects of our modern lives: science, God and Darwin; the Bible and the Qur'an; and practical Christianity as we experienced it.
