It is interesting to watch the reactions of atheists and evolutionists when they are confronted with creationism (there are exceptions). Biblical creationists are people who believe that the God of the Bible is the creator of the universe and all life on earth. It means that life (plants, bacteria, birds, fish, mammals, reptiles) did not evolve over millions of years. Creationists are disciples of Jesus, or followers of the Way, who believe the same as Jesus, namely that the Genesis 1 account of creation is factual and true. Logically Jesus is a creationist, as He Himself created everything (John 1:3, Hebrew 1:3).
Why do atheists and evolutionists react so violently against creationism?
They can never answer the basics of evolution, namely the origin of the genetic code and first life. The genetic code is of particular interest, since the different kinds of living things on earth each have their own specific genetic recipes (the DNA). A recipe or code can never evolve. It has to be designed by intelligence (in the same way that intelligence designs the arrangement of letters to send a message in a book, or a computer program). There is only one source of intelligence that could have designed the DNA's for living kinds. The Bible reveals Him as the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
They cannot afford to concede that God is the Creator. They don't want to be reminded that there is a God and life after death, or that they will have to give account of their life style on earth. If they do that, it would mean they have to respond to God and His Word, and they refuse to do that. The Bible includes a call to repentance and being taught by the Holy Spirit to prepare for eternity. In a sense it means that one has to let go of one's independence and acknowledge that God probably knows what is best for each person and will guide him in this life. They will never do that. Thus they shout down any anti-evolutionist ideas, hoping that it will silence God.
They are influenced by an anti-God spirit. Normally in science, if someone is questioned, a rational answer (about the research done on it) is expected. That doesn't happen when evolution is questioned. In 1 John 4:4-6 the distinction between a believer in God and a nonbeliever is made clear. The believer is influenced by the Spirit of God, and the nonbeliever by the spirit of the world. The world is controlled by the devil, so he influences people against the Bible. We know from the example of Cain who killed his brother Abel, that Cain was influenced by the evil one (1 John 3:12) and hated the God fearing Abel. In the same way the world hates the believer and will always be antagonistic to him, as shown in their reactions and actions. It is impossible to know about the invisible world with human, physical senses, like seeing, feeling and hearing (for that knowledge one has to go to the Bible which reveals God and the invisible world). Therefore evolutionists' ridicule when confronted by the possibility that there is a God and life after death, means they are influenced by a spirit who knows the truth about the invisible world and the next life. The Bible identifies him as the devil, the enemy of God.
People often want to know if the Bible is real and if there really is a God? The devil plays an important role to prove that God is real. The war against the Bible, the aggression of evolutionists (not all of them, as said) is proof that the Bible is true, which means that what is prophesied in the Bible about the end of this age will happen. Some will be with God eternally, while some will never see His face, and regret it for ever.
